Program Design

Lead Together is a year-long, fully tailored development experience, blending face-to-face learning, virtual workshops, and guided reflection. Can be scaled to six months.

Core elements include:

  • Initial Leadership Diagnostic – establishes your team’s current strengths and development priorities.
  • Strategic Workshops – deep dives into themes such as leading change, culture and communication, performance and accountability, and strategic execution.
  • Virtual Learning Sessions – short, focused follow-ups to embed learning between workshops.
  • Coaching and Mentoring – personalised sessions with Dr Paul Teys to build capability, confidence, and cohesion.
  • Team Projects – collaborative action tasks that translate insights into measurable school outcomes.
  • Ongoing Support – access to resources, reflection tools, and check-ins throughout the year.

How It Works

  1. Discovery – We meet with the Principal and key leaders to clarify context, priorities, and outcomes.
  2. Design – A customised 12-month plan is created, aligned with your strategic plan and leadership framework.
  3. Delivery – A mix of workshops, virtual sessions, and coaching delivered across the school year.
  4. Review – Progress check-ins, mid-year reflection, and a final review to measure growth and plan next steps.
