For new and early-career independent school principals who need support navigating the reality of the role
You’re three months into the role and already exhausted. The board expects you to have all the answers. Parents want immediate responses. Staff are watching your every move. You’re managing crises you never anticipated, making decisions with incomplete information, and wondering if everyone else finds this as overwhelming as you do.
The truth? They do. But no one talks about it.
This isn’t a course. It’s a standing resource for the year ahead, a small group of fellow principals and an experienced guide who’s been exactly where you are.
Ten 90-minute monthly sessions (February-November) where we tackle the specific challenges you’re facing right now. Each session focuses on one practical issue, for example, managing difficult staff conversations, navigating board relationships, handling parent crises, making your first major hire, or whatever is most urgent for the group that month.
Between sessions, you have direct access to Dr. Paul Teys via a private online space for urgent questions and support. Because leadership challenges don’t wait for the next scheduled session.
First cohort begins 9am (AEST) February 20, 2026
