About

Dr Paul Teys is an outstanding educator with 37 years’ experience: 33 years in middle and senior leadership, 20 years as Principal. Using his expertise, Paul helps schools to leverage their strengths by mentoring leadership teams and managing executive recruitment to find the right person to lead a school to success.

Paul began his teaching career at Fairholme College, Toowoomba, as a Mathematics and Physics teacher, and has been working in independent schools in QLD and NSW ever since. Highly regarded, Paul has 37 years’ teaching experience and 20 years experience as a principal, having led both the Moreton Bay College in Brisbane and Hunter Valley Grammar School.
