Governance Training
for Boards

Developed and delivered by Dr Paul Teys, an experienced principal, governance advisor, and leadership consultant, the sessions draw on more than four decades of experience in independent schools across Australia.

I work closely with boards to clarify their governance role, strengthen executive relationships, and build confidence in areas such as financial oversight, legal responsibilities, and strategic direction.

Each module is designed to be practical, relevant, and tailored to the specific context of your school. Modules can be delivered individually or as a full-day or multi-day program, either in-person or online.

I also provide customised training packages to meet the needs of newly formed boards, boards undergoing renewal, or those seeking accreditation-aligned professional learning.

  2. Financial & Legal Obligations imposed on Directors (inc. Not-for-Profit Status)
