The 5AM Club is a small membership community built around short, practical reflections on leadership, written early in the morning, drawn from real conversations with principals, boards, executive teams, and emerging leaders.
Each reflection is brief. Most take less than five minutes to read. They are designed to give you something worth thinking about before the day takes over.
They come from the work, a coaching conversation, a boardroom discussion, a leadership pattern I’ve seen repeated across schools and organisations. No theory for its own sake. Just honest observations about the real work of leading.
