The Partnership combines regular one-to-one coaching conversations with access to me between sessions. Whether you’re preparing for a difficult conversation, weighing up a career decision, dealing with a challenging colleague or navigating a complex school issue, you can pick up the phone, send a message or email me.
We’ll work through what’s happening, challenge assumptions and identify practical next steps. You won’t always hear what you want to hear, but you’ll get an independent perspective from someone who has spent decades leading schools.
How the Partnership works
The Partnership is built around a regular rhythm of one-to-one conversations, with four options:

Between sessions, you have 24/7 access to me by phone, text or email when something arises that needs attention.
The meeting rhythm is agreed to suit your role, circumstances and the level of support you need. Substantial additional projects are scoped and agreed separately.
